We reuse the original stones and introduce better stones when needed.

We add auxiliary support for safety while we work on the foundation.

We tear down and rebuild from the base stones up.

The result is a fully rebuilt foundation wall with a block cap and retaining wall.

The sump was to high leaving the posts under water.

We lowered the sump and installed a basin.

The posts were set too low and were corroding near the base.

We cut them back, added new base plates, and new footings to keep the posts off the ground

Joinery is pulled back together and custom brackets hold them together.

We install precast piers and new posts
